Stuart Green, All Eyes On Us - The Commonwealth Star 2018

In taking a consultative and interdisciplinary approach, these frameworks are designed to extend and complement existing policies and strategic plans from within organisations or between organisations in order to identify, deliver and build upon shared goals and objectives.

A range of methods are brought to the process including desk-based research, benchmarking, statistical profiling, stakeholder consultation, community surveys and special interest group workshops. Frameworks incorporate implementation recommendations and analysis including potential funding mechanisms and a staged program of deliverables.

City of Launceston Public Art Strategy 2023-2031
Artfully was engaged by the City of Launceston to develop an eight-year Public Art Strategy for the inner city and Greater Launceston. The Strategy forms part of Launceston’s Cultural Strategy and aligns with and delivers on key planning frameworks. A vision statement, a set of objectives and principles, and a curatorial framework frame the Strategy. The Strategy identifies a core program of opportunities with sets of key recommendations, informed by national and international benchmarking research and a stakeholder consultation process involving more than 300 community members. A Management section outlines professional best practice. A set of action plans, based on the Strategy objectives, set out implementation over an eight-year period in a supplementary report.
