Artfully was engaged by Brisbane City Council to develop Artwork Strategies and to curate and manage artist selection processes as part of suburban centre improvement projects in Kenmore and Cannon Hill. Detailed profiles of the centres were developed and artwork opportunities scoped and benchmarked. The resulting artworks, Growth by Matthew Harding and Tree by Eleanor and James Avery, provide original place identifiers, assisting with way-marking for passing traffic while rewarding the pedestrian experience.
